Day One: How to Watch Live

It’s time for the opening day of the London Squash Classic 2025 presented by Bassim Haidar – a PSA Squash Tour Gold event.
Coolhurst Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is the host of the first day of action as 32 players all look to book their spots in round two. Two courts will be in operation at the club (Courts 1 and 4) with both available to watch live on SQUASHTV. Have your say on who you think will win with our new match predictor here.
13 British players feature on day one with recent National Championships winner Tesni Murphy opening play on court 4 as she takes on Nour Aboulmakarim. Lucy Beecroft, Torrie Malik and Curtis Malik also feature on court 4 with Torrie looking to build on her runner-up finish from last week at the Nationals.
Court 1 has an English player feature in seven of the eight matches, so plenty of opportunity for the London crowd to support the home players. Special importance will be on the matches of the up and coming Jonah Bryant, who faces compatriot Nick Wall, and Jasmine Hutton (the England No.2) who faces Mariam Metwally.
For those wanting to attend the squash in person, tickets are available to purchase here.
A best-of-three games scoring format will be used in every round up to and including the quarter-finals, before reverting to traditional best-of-five scoring for the semi-finals and title deciders.
