Day One: Preview & How To Watch Live

The London Squash Classic gets underway today, with 16 matches coming your way from the first Gold-level event of the 2026/27 PSA Squash Tour season at Coolhurst LT & SC in London.

Play gets underway from 13:00 (GMT+1) and is available to watch live on SQUASHTV. You can also keep up to date with all the scores as they come in via our live scoring page. Get your SQUASHTV pass by clicking here.

A host of home hopes will be in action on day one of play, all of whom will be playing on court one at Coolhurst. The likes of Sam Todd and Jasmine Hutton will arrive at the London Squash Classic full of confidence after their respective runner-up finishes at the British Nationals over the weekend. World No.37 Todd takes on Moustafa Elsirty, while World No.12 Hutton faces off against Hana Ramadan.

Elsewhere, Abdulla Al-Tamimi continues his return from a serious Achilles injury against Ramit Tandon, with the Qatari already featuring in his third event of the 2026/27 season, while India’s rising star Anahat Singh, who won her first World Junior Championship over the summer, begins her season against Mariam Metwally.

The day’s play is rounded off with two exciting men’s matches: Colombian shotmaker Matias Knudsen squares off against Kareem El Torkey, while Declan James and Karim El Hammamy will go toe-to-toe for a spot in the second round.

A best-of-three format will be used until the semi-finals of the London Squash Classic, before the event reverts to the traditional best-of-five scoring system.
